The North American International Auto Show is a site to be seen around the country, but in the Detroit area it is a chance for the millions of local auto workers that live here to see what they may be producing and take pride in their company's name. Every year in January, the Cobo Center hosts the Detroit version of the Auto show and every year well over a half million people make the trip to the venue to take in the glory. This is a show for everyone, even the little ones. This years event took place from January 19 thru January 27th. It was a week of beauty, style, and concept. If you are a people watcher there is something here for you. If you are a car aficionado this is your dream, and if you are just looking for your next vehicle this is the place to start. What would be part of the celebration? Well there would be music for dancing from the Big Band which is sponsored by ITT Conglomerates. Of course, there would be food, party favors, and a chance to meet and greet other car lovers (and even lonely souls who had nowhere to go on New Year's eve).

If you are one of those hard-working people who like to drive in style in their trucks, then here is one just for you. Previously the GMC Sierra Denali was only available as a luxury light duty pick-up. That has now changed with the Heavy Duty line slated for 2011. It features a four-bar chrome perforated grille and ride on an all new chassis. There will be chrome accents on the doors and door handles. Inside will have a Bose audio system, power-adjustable pedals, 12-way power seats and brushed aluminum trim. This is the first time the luxurious Denali trim will be offered on one of GMC's toughest trucks. site It's no secret that Jay Leno beat out David Letterman when it was time for NBC to replace the retiring Johnny Carson in 1992. But, did you know since the six foot tall comedian started hosting "The Tonight Show" that he rarely takes a day off? One of his many cars can most always be seen parked in his reserved "#1" parking place at the NBC Studio in Burbank. And, on top of doing the show, Jay Leno still manages to perform more than 150 standup comedy gigs a year. I quickly came to a startling conclusion: people will sing along to anything. The content of the song doesn't matter. Politics simply don't enter into it. People are really singing along to the melody, or the bass line or something. What the words actually mean is immaterial. I had just started on another beer when someone dropped a few coins in the juke box. The music was bad country. To my utter disgust the first song that played was that "I want to stick a boot up your butt" super-patriotic, ultra-jingoist thing by the guy in the buy truck online commercials. The people around me began to sing along loudly. The stories are always true that the families talk about and portray on the show. FALSE. With the Armada show telecast, the woman's husband did in fact die in the home from complications of black mold. What was not 't shared with the television audience was that she was an abused spouse and he was very abusive towards her right up until his death. This information was not revealed until well into the renovation process. Outdoor Bob, needed a truck to go to work. Linda went with Bob to the local Ford dealer and bought a new Ford pickup. Linda had the credit so the loan was in her name. About six months later, Bob started to stop off on Friday at the local saloon to cash his paycheck. Sure enough, there was a dart board there and a few of the guys started tossing darts for beers. Bob was pretty good and they invited him to be on the local dart team.
