It is
the hour before midnight, on the harsh, gray flat asphalt road along the
banks of one of the Great Lakes . A truck races by like a
shadow, the moon glowing behind a small house. The car swiftly goes on
by, the dim light from the fogy night: --moon penetrating through the
fog onto the tuck and house, where a man is standing by the road; --
music is heard coming from the car, Rock & Roll, as this stranger
standing by the road, a man in a red plaid shirt, he stands erect, as if
he was Paul Bunion; standing in-between the road and the house as a
truck races by.
See my family has always been sort of dysfunctional and
encountered endless arguments over senseless topics for as long as I can
remember. The lesson of karma is that at some point in time, God, the
Universe and the "powers that be" will step in with the intent of
rebuilding the structure of a family broken down.
Along the roadside you can see
the shades of dark-green and black shadows along the grass, and the
crossing of shadows along the forwarding black asphalt road, as the
Ford-truck glides along.

Tom Dyer is returning to RSR Motorsports, as
well, and he will be co-driving with Andrew Novich in the No. 196 Honda.
As the sole newcomer to the team, Novich is looking forward to
benefitting from the knowledge of his teammates. Skip:
"See? That is all you needed." Skip has small glasses on, like Ben
Franklin, as he speaks he looks over the top of his glasses at Amery. He
notices Amery is more settled, and therefore, allows himself to lean
back more into his seat.
There were three major car
manufacturers. Ford, General Motors and Chrysler. Each manufacture had a
following. Arguments could erupt over which car was the best. A man's
Dodge pickup was a source of pride. Sunday morning the family would
dress in their best clothes and get into a Buick for the trip to church.
The Cadillac represented power and money while the Ford and Chevrolet
represented the working people. People that lived in the country had a
buy truck near me. It was a working
truck and on Saturday's the kids jumped in the back for a trip to
town. He tipped his hat a bit, raising it off is forehead
and when he did I noticed steel eyes. Eagle eyes that I imagined could
spot a leaf hopper miles away. He screwed up his mouth, flicked the
straw out the window and opening the door, said, Well, let's go. My husband's best friend Jake is the lead contractor for a
large construction company on the outskirts of Detroit, Michigan. Last
year his firm was granted permission to build a brand new home Extreme
Makeover Home Edition in Armada, Michigan. The situation might sound like a win-win but some
people say "Cash for Clunkers" is a speed bump, slowing customers who
might want a used car. Used car dealers at Naff Auto Sales told WSLS the
program could force people into buying a new car. Another possible
problem, Clunkers traded in with the program have to be destroyed,
meaning they won't end up for sale on a used car lot. Better for the
environment, bad for used car business. But many say it's a trade we
need to make. Many don't want to put the brakes on the program. In an
interview with WSLS, the president of Berglund Automotive said close to
40 people have taken advantage of the government program so far. They
say "Cash for Clunkers" is giving customers the kick they need to get a
new car.
